SUMO is an original two-player strategy game inspired by sumo wrestling, reimagined on a grid. Move any clear distance along a row or column; a group moves along its own line. Line up more pieces than the entire opposing line to shove it one square, then stop. Every piece you shove is then removed. An occupied square immediately behind the opposing line blocks the attack; an empty square or the board edge leaves room to shove.

Win immediately by being the only color in the dark central squares, or pin your opponent so they have no legal move. Every placement matters. Every formation is both an attack and a defense.

The physical version of SUMO is fully 3D printable: board, pieces, and all. The board features built-in pockets sized to hold all the pieces inside when closed, making it compact and travel-ready. Print it once, take it anywhere.
